The REACT-Survey in Microsoft Forms

In order to faciliate implementing the REACT-survey we provide a Microsoft Forms version of the survey in addition to the pdf-files.

Below, you find the links to the digitalized REACT-surveys in Bulgarian, Danish, and German (there are two different versions for Germany and Austria). The links allow you to duplicate the file in order to add the REACT-survey in the chosen language to your Microsoft account.

How to work with the survey in Microsoft Forms

Adapt the survey

The files contain the complete REACT-survey with all modules. You can adapt the survey easily according to your needs. You can delete single items or entire modules. Moreover, you can also add entire modules or single items (for further information see manual p. X).

Implement the REACT-survey via Microsoft Forms

You can share the survey via a link or a QR-code.

Evaluate the results

Use the build-in evaluation-tool of Microsoft forms to see the descriptive data of your survey displayed graphically.

Use the Excel-linking to evaluate the data in more detail (for further information see manual p.X). The implementation of the data into excel is especially useful when you want to have a closer at the data, e.g. identify certain correlations between scales/items.
